You must submit the following form in order to get credit for an event which does not meet the criteria on the procedures page. The event must be approved 2 weeks prior to the date of attendance. If you ask after that 2 week window you are not guaranteed credit.

Approval of an event will be e-mailed to you. Credit for Off-Campus cultural events is given only to exceptional professional events that are not readily available in the Greenville area. Such events would be an Atlanta Opera production, a New York play,  etc. Credit is not offered for elementary, middle, or high school productions. Credit is not offered for events presented by churches.

Either print a hard copy of your request and bring it to the CEVT office (M 8, lower floor of Turner) or email this information to theatre@ngu.edu.
